UCHealth | Hot Patient Waiting

Gilmore is proud to serve as a long-term contractor for the University of Colorado Health.

This project required the demolition and remodel of a two-bed waiting room. Gilmore’s work included installation of 3-quarter-inch thick lead-lined walls, ceilings and associated heavy gauge framing. Additional O2 lines, electrical receptacles, lighting, call stations and reconfiguration of the mechanical systems was also completed.

All work for this project was completed in a 3-week period on off shifts to minimize impact to the clinic area.
