Historic Studebaker Lofts Renovation

Located in downtown Denver, the historic Studebaker Lofts, originally a Studebaker Automobile manufacturing and seed company site, were transformed in 1995 into a mixed-use complex with affordable housing and commercial space.

Gilmore recently renovated all 33 units, modernizing kitchens with new cabinetry, appliances, and countertops, and upgrading bathrooms with new tiles, tubs, toilets, sinks, and cabinets. The renovation also included new windows, vinyl flooring, and refreshed paint and repairs in tenant storage areas.

Today, the Studebaker building continues to celebrate Denver’s industrial and architectural heritage, providing affordable living and retail spaces.
