Chase Bank Reconstruction

Reconstruction of a 3,800-square-foot Chase Bank at the busy intersection of Colfax Avenue and Speer Boulevard, previously the Denver Diner site. The project involved demolishing the existing structure and constructing the new bank, requiring careful logistics planning due to the dense urban setting and heavy traffic.

In addition to building the bank, we redesigned nearby road infrastructure and installed critical storm and fire safety systems. The project also included detailed surveying and integration of waterlines to ensure uninterrupted utility services in this bustling area.
