Design-Build Office Renovation
Building 67 is a Design-Build renovation of a ten (floor) office building located at the Denver Federal Center. The Design Build team incorporated a phasing plan to consolidate the existing tenant from 13 floors to ten while remaining fully operational and occupied. The Design Build team successfully offered unique opportunities related to the comfort and well-being of its occupants, as well as the flexibility and long-term adaptability of the potential space solutions, all integrated with the base building and infrastructure.
