City of Boulder | Brenton Building Renovation

Renovation of  a four-story and 21,500 square foot building occupied by the city of Boulder employees.  Exterior scope of work included a new roof, installation of roof top units, refinishing a screen wall, new retaining walls and ADA entrance ramp with steel handrails.  Interior work included full demolition with abatement, new steel stairs, new exterior windows, new flooring, lights, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
