Cherry Creek Residential Renovation

This project involves a 3,452 square foot enhancement to an existing residential building in Cherry Creek, focusing on the first and third floors. The first floor upgrades include renovating the leasing office entryway, mailroom, and elevator lobby, with new office spaces, finishes, and lighting enhancements. On the third floor, the existing club room is being resized to accommodate a new fitness room, both of which will feature updated finishes. The club room extends to the third-floor pool deck, where new architectural cladding and lighting have been installed. Throughout the construction, the entry, mailroom, and elevator lobby remained accessible to tenants.
