March marks both Women’s History Month as well as Women in Construction Week (March 6–12). This year, Gilmore’s business strategist, Tanieka Gilmore, SPHR, was selected as a 2022 Waymaker by Associated General Contractors Colorado and the Colorado Contractors Association. Tanieka has been recognized as a woman in construction who “[stands] out and [goes] the extra mile to empower, inspire, and pave the way for others in the workplace.”
