COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION

 

This new 4,200 square foot facility is part of Bank One’s state wide expansion program. Located in a new local shopping center, the design elements and construction had to match the existing structures. The key element was a special stone from a local quarry with a distinctive pattern. With a limited site area and maintaining traffic access to the center, site coordination was a challenge. The site work was completed with virtually no disruption to the shopping center.

 

 

 

 

This project required the full exterior and interior renovation of the 30,000 square foot structure, while occupied. The improvements included a new roof system, interior finishes and a full upgrade of both the electrical and mechanical systems.
